Do I have to commit to full-time hours?
No. You use as much support as you need, hourly or with a prepaid block of hours.
How do I know how my time was used?
Your time is tracked and reported clearly, so you can see what was done.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Anything you share is used only for your work. See the Privacy Policy.
What tools do you work with?
We work only in your own systems and software: your email, calendar, cloud storage and business tools, using the access you give us. Your information stays in your systems; we don't move it into our own.
